dBpowerAMP Music Converter is a versatile yet simple tool for converting music from format to another. The software supports CD ripping and almost all of the audio file formats, including mp3, mp4, m4a, Windows Media Audio (WMA), Ogg Vorbis, AAC, Monkeys Audio, FLAC, Apple Lossless (ALAC) and many more.

dBpowerAMP Music Converter features Windows Explorer integration for quick navigation, volume normalize and sound effects, ID tag editing and auxiliary input recording.

Note: The included mp3 encoder has a 30-day trial period.

I converted on file to WAVE and then wanted to convert it back but my "mp3 license" or somethin' to that effect, had expired, after ONE convert!! Not worth the time!
