Changes from VobSub v2.20 to VobSub v2.23

• VobSub: Added all special/extended character codes to the closed-caption decoder, but only under nt/2k/xp will it output them correctly in the unicode file. Also corrected a little bug with the formatting codes (they are still not handled, just not causing trouble anymore).
• DirectVobSub: Fixed a problem with dvd players which were using the automatic dvd graph builder (realone, palmbutler, dxsdk sample).
• DirectVobSub: Fixed the "double arrow icon & sound keeps playing after closing" bug.

• The yuy2 problems in the vobsub avisynth plugin were fixed
• Vob/cell id selection will work with preprocessed vobs too
• The index function was totally rewritten, now everything is based on program chains

• DirectVobSub: Fixed cropped/extended picture bug from 2.17;
• DirectVobSub: WMP9 compatible; When used for subtitling DVDs in MPC the timing will be correct;
• Subresync: WinSubMux output; Parially broken OCR fixed;
• Submux: Information fields for AVI output;

• DirectVobSub: Support for the defined html tags in embedded OGM subtitles; Fixed not loading the subtitles when set to "Always auto-load";
• Submux: "EnableAllStreams" is set on the OGM splitter when used (ogm input files with multiple audio/subtitle streams will not loose tracks after remultiplexing); Added *.ogg on the openable files list;
• Source files were moved out into a separate file from the installer
• Localized resources are now stored in external "satellite" dlls. You have to dl and copy them next to their full version binaries or into the system(32) folder. If you want to contribute a translation, get locsdk.rar and read howto.txt for more information.

• DirectVobSub: polygonized vobsub subtitles; reloader doesn't lock up in certain cases; redesigned property pages; microdvd fps bug fixed; forcable playback fps (experimental); cleared up and finalized interface for developpers;
• Subresync: vobsub subtitles can be exported to ASS in the polygonized form; automatized OCR using 3rd party dlls (read the doc for details); saves/loads OCR character matrix for manual OCR; fixed scenarist/dvdmaestro output; won't eat up the resources and crash under win9x
• Submux: OGM input/output (the ogm base filters are needed, but not the subtitle filters).
• VobSub: "rundll32 vobsub.dll,Cutter" got its command line parameters;
• New additions to the ASS format: line/bezier/b-spline drawings, clipping ability agains drawn shapes, Banner and Scroll up/down effects can fade in/out at the sides, "opaque- box" outline type.
• Localized Chinese dialog boxes by Kii Ali.

• DirectVobSub: Support for all common color space formats: rgb555/rgb565/rgb24/rgb32/yv12/yuy2, and a property page for switching between them (using winxp's renderer it is possible even during the playback); SMI format also accepts color names instead of just a hex code; Won't crash if one of a double-byte coded character is actually some kind of control code (like these "{","|","}")
• Other tools: The usual, bug fixes :)

• Most of the reported bugs fixed which appeared since v2.10

• DirectVobSub: Fixed wrong aspect ratio when using the "Extend to ..." options; Better compatibility with several media players. The followings were tested and found working on my config: bsplayer, powerdivx, sasami2k (only when using the overlay mixer), radlight, lightalloy, microdvd, wmp64, wmp8, zoomplayer, windvd3, powerdvd4 (of course, these dvd players were working only in file mode);

• DirectVobSub: advanced text renderer; new layout for the property page; remote controller support (through VK_F13, ..., read dvobsub.txt for more info); will handle muxed ogm subtitles; unrar.dll updated to version 3.xx, fix for unicode files not displaying correctly.
• Subresync: reorganized user-interface, resizable window; more input/output formats; text&style editing, appending and a nice preview for textual subs; advanced syncing abilities via two new waypoint types (use right mouse button on the list icon to cycle them)
• Submux: Input type changed to ssa. (and no, it still can't mux vbr mp3, and shouldn't try to do such either)
• TextSub: A new plugin for subbing with textual subtitles. Compatible with VirtualDub and Avisynth. The VirtualDub version will auto-reload, just like dvobsub does.

• Dynamic reload for modified subs for DirectVobSub.
• Anti-alias support for 9x/ME.
• various bug fixes.

• has a subtitle joiner mode (rundll vobsub.dll,Joiner),
• ifo is no longer needed for using the output (plugin, dvobsub, other included utils).

• DirectVobSub: Added support for DBCS in the unicode binaries too.

• Unicode binaries for NT based operating systems. Read more at docs/unicode.txt.
• Lots of bux fixes.
