Movie Collector is an IMDb enabled movie collection manager. It organizes your DVDs, VHS tapes, Video CDs, LaserDisks etc. Features: comprehensive field set, user configurable reports, export to ASCII and HTML tables, graphical statistics, etc.

The GUI is very intuitive and the program is very easy to get into. Adding movies to the database could not be simpler - you just type in the name of the movie and Movie Collector automatically queries IMDb for the details of the movie. There are a couple of details Movie Collector doesn't retrieve, such as the running time, but that's probably due to the fact that most movies have different running times in different countries.

You can also add cover pictures to the movies, give them your own ratings, keep track of discs you loan to others etc. If you have more than two movies you could probably use Movie Collector.

This is the full version of the program, but without a valid license key the number of movies you can enter will be limited to 25.

Since v6.xx this software is no longer "IMDb enabled", they use their own data base which IS NOT ready for prime time. I would look at other software before buying this.

I have been using Movie collectorz for nearly a year. It is the most amazing manager that I have reviewed. It has a very friendly interface that allows you to do pretty much anything you need. Collectorz allows you to search a list of online movie databases, with results almost instantly. I also really like the statistic feature. It allows you to see how many movies you have by Audience rating, director, star� One last favorite is that when you enter a movie into your database. It automatically creates a backup of your entire catalog. Plus many many xtra features! A+ Software
