I just tried WINAVI to convert my dvd to mpeg1 and it just crashed on my computer. Im running a p4 2.6ghz with 1gb of ram memory. Crappy program!

To call it crap would be to elevate it to a status requiring a designation. It is a waste of 1's and 0's! Something about "Shell Notification Icon" problem when the convert button is pressed. You know, what's so surprising is that the Cucu people have not read this review area since the release to say to themselves; Uh-oh!!!!!!

it has 'trial version' written over the coinverted video on the trial version

I never have crashes, fast excellent software been using for 1yr now best money I ever spent free updates for life. I also use there DVD burning software which works very well with this program. Good sound and picture quality you can even tweak the sound and bitrates adjust screen sizes and view in preview. I use it on a P4 2.4ghz 1gb ddr ram, medion pc with no problems

Do not get. This is such junkware. It always crashes. Get Winavi it is much better. When i would try to add more then 1 video file it would crash my system!
