CPix is a very useful digital picture viewing application and also has some conversion abilities.

With it you can view images in popular formats such as JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, BMP, WBMP and more. Multi-frame images, such as animated GIFs can also be viewed frame by frame.

You can also relatively easily convert from some image formats to others. It's a very useful application made available as freeware by its developer.
