Spencer is a tool that can bring a Windows XP-style Start Menu to Windows 8.1 Desktop.
Simply pin it somewhere to the task bar. It does not replace the Windows 8.1 Start Button, it just merely gives you another option more familiar to you if you have upgraded Windows recently.
