Password Viewer is a small tool that can view password fields in Windows that are filled with * characters.
Simply click on the "hand" icon and drag window over the password edit control or password input field inside Internet Explorer window (Windows 2K and later); the password text will appear in Password box of the dialog.
NOTE: This tool may be identified as malicious by an anti-virus tool when used. This is a false positive.

I was unable to receive emails because Windows Live Mail rejected my password and I didnt have a copy of it. Password Viewer v1.4 revealed what was hidden under the row of dots and revealed 4 extra characters I know I didnt add. Everything is now working fine.
