Looks like more and more companies are starting to realize that customers hate DRM! Too bad its in WMA oh well. Better WMA and DRM-Free (at least as far as we know) then MP3 and crammed with DRM.
Peace

It's lossless, DRM-free WMA. You can convert it to whatever format you want.
Once you go lossless, the compression scheme used for download is not important. It's almost like downloading a ZIP file, except you can leave it as WMA if you wish.

I have not downloaded a single song from any of these online stores. just because of the DRM. Glad to see that it's slowly being removed. I'll definitely start using these services now!

This baffles me!! Why would anybody pay $15.29 to download the album
when you can buy the cd from amazon.com for only $9.99

WMA is a lossless format while MP3 and MP4 formats are lossy even at max resolution. In other words if it was in a MP? format it could not be losless.
Get it?
Good move in the right direction but it is still not a good deal.

I can't imagine why anyone would want to download anything by Macca in any format and at any price. Life is just to short, but..... i suppose its a free country, at least untill Real ID kicks in.
