From what I hear they have low crime rates in most of asia because they use cruel and unusual punishment. The result is most people are safer than in the US or Europe.

Sontiago, the top 10 contributers for everyone on the justice committies are the media mafia and M$.

They really ought to fry at least the loan officers that made the most bad loans. The top 10% 5 years suspention, 10-20% 1 year suspention and 20-30% 6 mon suspention from all government loans. You might think the isn't much but the top will never do any real loans agian. Once you are out of a job for 5 years you will not be able to get back in. Bad Banks will have to let most if not all of of the 10-20% go. The will not be able carry or move 20% of there loan officers. It is easer to just hire new ones. Many of the 10-20% will lose their houses. The banks will only be able to float/help the 20-30% group for 6 mon.
