K-Jöfol 2000 v1.0 beta 2 released

Latest version of superb MP3/VQF/MOD/AAC player K-Jöfol is released. This version, K-Jöfol 2000 v1.0beta2, includes few minor bugfixes since beta 1 and VQF support as a major upgrade. Key changes since last release include:

- Skins list bugfixed.
- AVP false alarms on some DLLs now fixed.
- VQF plugin is back. Now displays the artist and track name from the VQF header.
- VQF-files-ending-before-end bug fixed (again).
- Fixed crash at Kjofol exit occuring on NT4 boxes.
- Error message now displayed instead of crashing when incorrect version of the COMCTL32 DLL file is present.
- New MOD/XM/IT/S3M support (provided by BASS decoding engine).
- File locking bug on MP3 files fixed.
- User registration dialog added.
