Update for WinAMP, version 2.64

Two days ago few MP3 news sites raported already about minor update for WinAMP that's not posted to WinAMP's hopepage. We didn't add those versions then since we wanted to wait that some super-reliable source would confirm that. Now Netscape.com has that version available through their FTP server, so it's time to update it for us, too.

This 2.64 fixes some minor bugs in streaming that occured in recently released version 2.63. Anyway, grab it from here..
