Subtitle ripping guide added

Yet another guide bursted out from our little guide sweatshop today. This time we've produced a guide for ripping subtitles using SubRip.

This guide is for those who think -- like I do -- that dubbing movies is the 8th deadly sin, but can't quite get a grasp of Chinese to understand Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon :-) Obviously this guide is not needed when ripping VCDs or SVCDs as subtitle ripping for those is slightly different kind of process, but it's highly recommended for DivX rips.
