VCDGear is an application designed for handling VCD MPEG streams in various formats. It can also correct certain errors on MPEG streams.

Cross conversions between the following formats are supported: cue/bin, raw track image, VCD DAT and MPEG. Also Easy CD Creator CIF and Nero NRG formatted VCD images can be converted to an MPEG stream.

The definite tool for anyone working with VideoCDs.
