I'm having all sort of problems with InCD formating and InCD does not bring up a screen page when I want to copy something. Its awful. I get so many strange contrdictory messges I try to forget them because of their non-relatedness.
Last error message I got is : "InCD has detected that the drive recording settings have changed and that the new settings might affect InCD’s writing performance." This is the first time in two months I got this. Do not have any idea where in Windows XP I am to go to address this issue.

Replaced my Philips DVD recorder with an internal IO Magic, and external USB IO Magic recorder. The only thing magic about those drives would be if they actually worked with Incd and Windows XP. I've tried all the hoxfixes from the MS page, and numerious other attempts to enhance the system with no luck. Under heavy network or hard disk to DVD transfers, constantly get the now infamous "delayed write failed" error, or "were sorry, but Incd had to shutdown" error. It's probably a MS issue, but that isn't my problem. The old drive and Direct CD worked fine on the same system. Both drives, and the HS USB card are going back to Staples tomorrow. Buy it if you like to waste time thinking you can make something work that doesn't and rebooting your system 15 times a night to find out changes didn't have any effect. Think I've worn out my reset button. Poor package, shouldn't be sold at this stage of developement.

well, i hate this thing so much i actually made an account just to say that it reems walrus..id much rather be a giant apes raping toy then have the trouble of getting rid of this laggy piece...anyway it sucks

I used to have lots of trouble with InCD, but now I have version 4.3.20.1 AND I have installed their Reader (InCD4Reader.exe). And it now works flawlessly on my W2000 system!
It's almost as good as Adaptec's DirectCD used to be (but which unfortunately is not supported anymore and does not work on newer drivers).

Cannot uninstall using ADD/Remove or any other way. Cant install the new vrsion either. It sucks mud.

I have used InCD with Windows98. Now I switched to WIndows XP. InCD blows my computer everytime I tried to copy anything into the disk. The tech support is worthless. Never buy this software.

i have downloaded this software and when the wizard activated it ascs for name, business and then serial nunber, it will not proceed without the serial number, so i ask, where do i get this number, why do i need it, i can download nero trial version with no problems then i get this problem, it it forbidden to waste my time .

-The only thing that InCD has ever done for me has been to cause incapability problems with all the systems I have ever used it with. (Please note I usually have several burning programs on my PC. If you only have Nero on your PC I have heard this program is stable.)
