MPEG DJ Encoder combines pretty good CD ripper with easy-to-use MP3 encoder. Nice package, but XAudio's MP3 encoding routines are very well-known because of their crappy quality. I'd rather use CDEx for ripping & encoding my CDs.
But if you're not a qualityfreak/golden-ear/hifiwannabe, give it a try -- it's fast.
