Free DVD Creator v2.0

Free DVD Creator allows you to create DVD compatible discs all from commonly used video files.

It can convert and burn AVI, DivX, Xvid, MPEG, MP4, MPG, WMV, VOB to DVD. With it you can set video standard, aspect, resolution and create DVD menus with background picture and music. Free DVD Creator can also burn your DVD compatible files into DVD media.

While I rate the Free DVD Creator 2.0 software as good, I must caution readers to my own problem with it. The program went through the processes of converting and muxing my avi file successfully, but it did not continue on to burn the DVD. Instead it went back through the aforementioned processes again and again. I stopped the program the third time, and used a third party program (Cyberlink) to burn the DVD. This may seem a minor complaint (after all the software is free), but I do think it should live up to its claims. (Thinks: Maybe it was only the version I downloaded)
