TMPGEnc DVD Author v1.6.34.89

This is an old version of this software. You can also download v3.1.2.176 (latest stable version).

TMPGEnc DVD Author is a wizard driven, easy to use software for creating DVD-Video discs. The procedure of creating a disc is divided in to several steps, which makes it easy for even the novice user to create a simple DVD-Video disc.

TMPGEnc DVD Author supports both MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video files, so you can, for instance, create a DVD from VideoCD MPEGs.

The outputted file structure (.ifo, VOB) can be burned to a DVD disc using the DVD Writing Tool included from version 1.5 or using your own DVD writing software. This way you can create your own original DVDs. Since DVD Author also supports DVD-Video files (VIDEO-TS.ifo) as input files, you can also cut out scenes from your favourite DVD and make a new DVD-Video. You are also able to create interesting menus using the "motion menu" feature also included in the product. There are several pre-defined menu templates available.

I have been very happy with DVD Author. Very easy to use. I want to upgrade to DVD Author Pro so that I can do frame-accurate editing, but the web site will not accept my serial number for DVD Author. It will only accept a shorter serial number than what I have. Tmpg-inc does not respond to my questions regarding this, so I must either pay full price or not upgrade. So, I'm happy with the product, but not happy that I have to pay full price for the upgrade, and not happy that they do not respond to my questions about the upgrade problem.

I use this to make DVD's from mpeg files I record to my hard drive from Beyond TV. It is simple to use and does the job with ease.

it's good to me but some problem about payment i dont have any credit card so how do i pay, or donate to the one who edit this prog. Besides that it's cause my comp lower than before, oh god looks at it!
