VCDImager is a little program which allows direct making of SVCD/VCD BIN/CUE CD images from MPEG files, which can be played on standalone VCD players or DVD players and on computers running Linux, MacOS, Win32 or any other OS capable of accessing VCDs.

The program is a commandline based, so step back if you hate tools without GUI.
