VCDImager is a little program which allows direct making of VideoCD BIN/CUE CD images from mpeg files, which can be played on standalone VCD players or DVD players and on computers running Linux, MacOS, Win32 or any other OS capable of accessing VCDs.
The program is a commandline based, so step back if you hate tools without GUI.
VCDImager is the tool for you if you're looking for a completely free (Super) VideoCD solution. It works without problems with VCD MPEG1 and SVCD MPEG2 files created using the TMPGEnc MPEG encoder.
Program requires Mac OS X or later.
