7-Zip is a file archiver with a high compression ratio.

The program supports 7z, ZIP, RAR, CAB, GZIP, BZIP2, and TAR formats. Compression ratio in the new 7z format is 30-50 percent better than ratio in ZIP format. It also compresses to ZIP 2-10 percent better than PKZip and WinZip. It has an additional powerful command line version and FAR Manager support.

7-Zip (64-bit) v17.01 beta

Im certain Ive tried using this beta before in Win 10 but the installation did not place the 7Zip shortcuts where it usually appears in the file explorer as it did with earlier versions. Im wondering if this has been corrected.

Thank You!!!!!*... I tried downloading even from the official 7zip sight and faild more than 30 times... I downloaded from my phone... 3g Phone but have never had that crap before on a 1.3 meg file! Thanks again for the nice service

unfortunately this is not supported by my processor type. i am using asus p5ql mobo with intel c2q q9400, 8 gb ram on windows 64 bit home premium. <br/>i would like to run this to really review it...
