Recuva (pronounced "recover") is a freeware Windows utility to restore files that have been accidentally deleted from your computer.

This includes files emptied from the Recycle bin as well as images and other files that have been deleted by user error from digital camera memory cards or MP3 players. It will even bring back files that have been deleted by bugs, crashes and viruses!

DONT GET THIS PROGRAM!!!! ITS A NIGHTMARE!!! DOES NOT RECOVER FILES LIKE ITS SAYS...A FEW THINGS WENT WRONG...POP UP CONSTANTLY...SHUT OFF COMPUTER ON ITS OWN THEN YOU HAVE TO START ALL OVER 5 HOURS... THE MINUTE ITS MINIMIZE THE WINDOW...YOU HAVE TO START OVER AGAIN!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE.... DONT BUY IT!!! YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ON THIS ITEM.

Try Recuva, it is perfectly free. You will see an ad that asks for you to pay money, just igrnoe it and click one of the two links below. When you run Recuva, go into the options and use the deep-scan option and you should be able to recover some files.
