AltDrag lets you move and resize windows with your mouse and left and right buttons.
Like in Linux and other operating systems, you can hold down ALT and use the mouse with the left button pressed to move the Windows, or press the right button and resize the Window easily.
If you have automatic snapping enabled, you can hit the Space key to temporarily disable it.

NOTE: This portable version does not include an installer.
