Desktop.ini File is located in every folder in Windows and stores information about the arrangement of a windows folder.
You simply drag a Desktop.ini file into the app in order to editor it. Remember that you will need hidden files, and protected operating system files, to not be hidden in the Folder Settings in Windows.
