Mihov Background Tester is a program that you can use to test an image as a tiled background, for a web page or other use.
It can work with GIF, JPEG or PNG images, and is useful if you wish to test a potential tiled background for a webpage. You can also add text elements over the tiled image to see how it blends with the background.
NOTE: This is the portable version of the tool in a ZIP archive, it includes no installer.
