NOF Monitor is a tool that monitors changes in the file count of folders.
NOFMonitor monitors the target folder for changes in the files count (file created and file deleted). It can trigger different actions when a threshold is reached.
It runs in the background hidden from sight.
NOTE: This is a portable version with no installer.
