Start Button Tooltip Text Changer simply changes the tooltip text that shows when you hover the pointer over the Start/Orb menu.
Just run the app and change it to whatever text you want, and then click Apply. You can always click Restore or manually change it back to "Start" later if you wish.
Tested on Windows 7.
