PDFKeeper is a free tool for PDF Document Capture, Storage, and Search.

  • Ideal for the Small Office/Home Office, PDFKeeper is perfect for anyone who wants to implement a low cost document storage system for storing PDF documents in the free, Oracle Database Express Edition, making them accessible from every computer on your network that has PDFKeeper installed. It can also be implemented for individual use on a single system.
  • PDF documents can be searched by Title, Author, Subject, Keywords, date and time added to the database, and any text within the PDF document.
  • Document Notes can be added to database records, including Date and Time stamp with database user account name. All Document Notes are indexed making the text searchable.
  • Documents are captured for PDF Information Properties editing and are uploaded to the database. Seamless conversion support is provided for the XPS document type and seamed conversion support is provided for the HTML document type.
  • Automated uploading of PDF documents to the database using preconfigured folders, each with its own PDF Information Properties values.
