PdfTrick is a tool that can save images from a PDF document to image files.
Open a pdf file or drag it (one or more) into the left box, then click on page to view and get the images inside.
NOTE: Needs Java JVM v1.6 or higher. If you have installed 32-bit Java, then you will need the 32-bit version of this tool, even if you have a 64-bit Windows OS.
NOTE: This version is for Windows 64-bit ONLY. If you have a 32-bit Windows installation, then get PDFTrick x86 from here.
