MWconn is a light-weight, free software for connecting USB wireless modems to Internet.
Excellent replacement for operator-specific, usually quite bloated, connection utilities that supports wide range of USB 3G modems, from ZTE, Huawei, etc. Software works with all major operators, whether the USB modem is locked to a specific operator network or not.
Replaces tools like Huawei's Mobile Partner very well, but you should install your modem's drivers separately, as MWconn doesn't include drivers itself, but only replaces the connection software.
