Karen''''s Replicator is an app that can automatically backup files, directories, and even entire drives.
Copies can be scheduled at intervals that you can define, and you can set it to only copy files that have changed. It can be set to remove files from the destination backup directory if they are deleted in the source.
There are also exclusion options for stuff you don''''t want copied, or at a certain time.
