UAC Pass lets you bestow or revoke on a specific application permanently.
This means you can avoid a User Account Control prompt permanently for any specific application. To use it, simply drag and drop a program (or shortcut) onto uacpass.exe. You will then have to accept a security exception and choose where to make the new shortcut.
NOTE: For 32-bit Windows, download UAC Pass (32-bit) instead.
