bcPhoneNanny can give you an Explorer like feel when you browse the contents of your Apple iOS device (iPhone, iTouch or iPad.
You need to connect your iDevice to the PC and then run bcPhoneNanny, and the device will appear in the interface. You can then copy the selected iPhone, playlists and tracks to a PC folder. This also copies the artwork to the audio files if found.
You can also create a new iTunes library containing all the tracks and playlists from the device.
