Dev Eject is a light-weight tool that lets you Eject drives from your Windows operating system.

It also allows you to get other information, such as what processes are currently locking a drive. Using the built-in "Safely Remove Hardware" feature of the Windows operating system will sometimes fail due to processes locking files or folders on the removable device.

Dev Eject is freeware and works on Windows XP/Vista/7, 32 & 64-bit operating systems.
