KeepMouseSpeedOK is a tool to adjust the mouse speed and prevent the OS or other applications from changing it.
You can set the application to start with Windows automatically. When you set the mouse speed there is an option to "Keep This Mouse Speed" which will lock this particular speed in even if the OS attempts to change it.
