ShutdownGuard will prevent a Windows system from being shut down while it is running.
It sits in the system tray in Windows and it will prevent shut down, restart or log off commands when it is enabled. Any attempt to shutdown the computer will result in a block and a notification being shown in the system tray.
It doesn't seem to prevent forced shutdowns however.
