VSLogonScreenCustomizer (64-bit) is a Logon screen customizer for Windows.
It allows you to get creative with the Logon screen for Windows Vista and Windows 7. Have you purchased an OEM laptop to see a logo from the company you bought it from on the Logon Screen? With VSLogonScreenCustomizer you can change the background of the Logon screen to absolutely anything you want.
It supports TIFF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP and WMPhoto images. You must have administrator rights for the program to work properly (right click - Run as Administrator).
VSLogonScreenCustomizer works with Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008. This version is for 64-bit versions of Windows only. If you are using a 32-bit version of Windows, then get a 32-bit version of VSLogonScreenCustomizer from here.
