Catalog Your Music With Music Collector


Music Collector is a program for keeping track of your CD collection. If you have a large collection it is easy to forget what you do or don't have. A CD database like Music Collector will help you keep track of that and much more.

Required Software

Music Collector for Windows

Music Collector is a program for keeping track of your audio CD collection. You can enter data automatically, using barcode or artist/title information or manually. Data can be printed in reports, exported to a variety of formats, or viewed using an optional iPhone app. There's also a Mac version that works on OS X.

Music Collector is a program for keeping track of your audio CD collection. You can enter data automatically, using barcode or artist/title information or manually. Data can be printed in reports, exported to a variety of formats, or viewed using an optional iPhone app. There is also a Windows version available.

Optional Software

Clz Music

Clz Music can be used with Music Collector Pro to transfer a copy of your music database to your iPhone or iPod Touch. You can export some or all of your records for convenient access away from your computer. It must be purchased separately from the iTunes App Store. If you have the standard version of Music Collector you'll also have to upgrade to the Pro version in order to get the "Export to iPhone or iPod Touch" option.

MP3 Collector

MP3 Collector is used to catalog music files, including MP3, FLAC, OGG Vorbis, WMA, and APE.


There are two different licenses for Music Collector. The standard license is all you need for basic tracking of your collection. For more options entering and exporting data you can upgrade to Music Collector Pro. This unlocks the ability to use a barcode scanner for entering CD information and gives you a number of options for exporting data.

Music Collector Pro even allows you to sync your data with in iPhone or iPod Touch if you buy Clz Music from the iTunes App Store.
