I went through the agony of trying to print a 11MB PDF file on ancient P3/750 machine with 256MB of memory. The Adobe PDF Reader crashed and stopped printing after 2 pages (of appx 50) whatever I tried -- after a decent 70min wait..
Swapped to this and printing started immediately and didn't have any trouble. Extremely light-weight replacement for Adobe's own product and should be the only one ever to cinsider being installed on an old computer.
Bit bloated to my taste. As a long-time ICQ user, I nowadays prefer Miranda IM instead.
Simply awesome tool that I've used years and years. Only thing that I currently miss is the native SFTP/SSH support.
Simply awesome, although with several tabs opened, stuff like writing to a textarea gets dog slow. But beats IE and Opera hands down.
Otherwise good tool, but "direct" remote editing of ASCII files (where it gets downloaded to a temp folder, opened in a text editor and FTP client opens a pop window asking when to upload it back) like in FlashFXP would save enormous amounts of time when doing small HTML editing, etc.
Additionally, the directory caching would be much appreciated. Overall, Filezilla is a great tool, specially if you need a SFTP client, but sometimes its responsiveness is somewhat slow.
