Napster being sued by RIAA

RIAA sued authors of Napster, mp3 searching and spreading tool, in court. RIAA claims that Napster creates open black markets for music pirates by offering a tool to use when spreading illegal mp3s. RIAA asks $100,000 for each and every song that is spread through Napster!!
