I went to your website and spent a whole day loging on the first time, as i had purchased a software that has no support. I paid for the Software to make my Power Point Files into a DVD, the company apparently went out of business. I was looking for help so I placed a comment on you Q&A asking for help in obtaining the numbers to open the program of which I purchased 6 months ago. My first reply was to remove my email address, as it was my first time using your site. My help from the host was to call support in Ireland of which the number is offered in the Software loading, in fact several numbers are listed in the software of which all have an answer machine stating that they are out of business. I did receive a program from another source that allowed me to load this program, and I thought that your website would like to know about it instead I received an email of accusing me of violating copyright laws by using that program. I replied telling him what I thought about him and his stupid attitude as to what "Help" means. I then cancelled the log in information and am no longer a part of your website. I am a Korean Veteran putting together pictures in Power Point for 67 of us Shipmates during the 50's. The moderator gave me no help. Now I keep getting these emails from you that has absolutly nothing to do with Power Point, nor nothing of interest. I do not know how to get of your site. Please remove me.
