Over three million software downloads

Written by Petteri Pyyny (Google+) @ 23 Apr 2002 14:43

Nice way to determine how our site has grown over the last three years is to compare our download stats to those of the past. We launched the site in summer 1999 and it took over two years, until August 2001, to reach 1M software downloads. After that, site continued its growth and we reached 2M software downloads milestone in January 2002. And now, after less than 3 months, we hit the 3M milestone. Geez...
So, congratz to the one who downloaded the 3,000,000th software today around 11am EST. Third millionth software downloaded from our site was DVD Decrypter v3.0.0.17.

Again, thank you, our users. Without you and your support, this site would have disappeared in cyberspace long, long time ago.
