BeLight is a Graphical User Interface for BeSweet, one of the best audio tools for transcoding.

BeLight supports as Input files: AC3, MP2, MP3, MPA, VORBIS, WAV, AVI, VOB, LST & MUX and for Output format: AAC/MP4, AC3, MP2, MP3, VORBIS, WAV & AIFF. It also provides most of the BeSweet functions, like Gain, SSRC, Boost, Changing Frame Rate, Soundtouch, Partial Encoding, etc.

I really like this software. The only thing Id add to it is support for DTS input/output
