PicsResizer can bulk resize a pile of JPEG files in a folder to a pre-set resolution.
You simply Browser for the input directory containing the original JPEGs and then select a directory for the new altered JPEGs to be saved to.
After that, just select the resolution you want (aspect ratio unaffected) and then click Resize my pictures.
