SnIco Edit v2.2.8 21/07/06 Beta

SnIco Edit is a powerful tool for creating Windows desktop cursors and icons either from scratch or by converting existing image file (eg. EXE,BMP,GIF,JPG).

It's fairly simple to use. Start the program, select a new cursor or desktop icon, select dimensions and then either convert from existing file or start drawing one yourself. In contrast to most icon editing utilities, SnIco has a full range of drawing tools familiar to users from programs such as Windows Paint or GIMP. The finalized icons can be saved as static icons (ico), animated icons (ani) or as an image file such as bmp or jpg. Both icons and cursors can use transparency.

Awesome!-Not only can I create my own animated or static cursors, but I can also open downloaded cursors and edit them! I used this once and then I couldn't Stop!
