This is an official Canon driver that expands the functionality of the pre-installed Windows 7 printer driver for various Canon inkjet printers. Driver download includes versions for both, Windows 7 32-bit and Windows 7 64-bit, editions.
This driver supports virtually all modern Canon inkjet printers, but here's a list of supported printers (if your printer is not on this list, it is likely that it will still work with this driver, as the list evolves continuously):
