AirDC++ is a DC++ modified client with more features. The main source is based on fulDC core and it's actually the first FulDC mod that was created. Among other useful features AirDC++ has a setting that can trigger your antivirus software to scan the downloaded files. It also has a multilingual support and you can disallow segmented uploads.
