Use this all the time at work and home. It's works great and the file transfer does work. Very simple and easy to use.
i love this software!!! i use it to connect to all of my friends when they have computer trouble. haven't tried the file transfer yet though....
All I can say is WOW! This is the best remote control software package I've had the pleasure of using (and I've tried almost all of them)! Installation was a snap, configuration extremely simple, and most important of all, it works! I recently tried using UltraVNC to help a friend with a computer problem in Oregon (I live in Ohio), and it was nothing short of a nightmare. I then discovered, downloaded and installed TeamViewer, called my friend and had him do the same, and within 5 minutes of him installing the software I was in his machine cleaning it up! I only used the Remote Control part of the package, but I can only imagine the other features work as well. Fast, secure, and excellent is my rating! Ed Newbold, Columbus, Ohio.
