SnapPea is an application that lets you manage your Android device from a PC, and can even import your iTunes library to an Android device.

With SnapPea you can download thousands of apps for your Android device. The apps download to your Desktop and are transferred to the device using the software, so you do not use your data plan to download apps.

You can also send SMS messages and other useful things from your PC.
