- Secure ripper - fixed issue which could lead to 18KB files from an unsecure rip with c2 pointers

Changes from v13.1 -> R13.2
- R13.2 adds FLAC as standard, a new 3.98.2 version of Lame and GD3 Symphony which includes extra classical ID Tag fields (such as orchestra, period, etc).

- Batch Converter if Listed files, sorted on a column and excluded certain items, when click Ok the wrong items would be excluded

- CD Ripper has code to stop 2 filenames being the same (from the same disc), this would not work if the naems were case-independant, where as Windows is not...
- Music Converter, when dropping files, was checking allowed extensions on encoder extensions, not decoder
