• scp PAL Video timing (not retrieving tv standard from data folder)

• sst parser not closing files, causing too many open files problem

• buffer overflow problem in mpeg encoder
• Time map discontinuity flag now set properly.
• time map for titles < 1 second long not formed properly (time_unit not zero)
• corrected window interaction (from 0.16)
